1. Services
Zero6 Guesthouse offers accommodation bookings and related guest services. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Bookings & Payments
A valid booking requires the provision of accurate personal information and payment details. Full payment may be required to secure your booking. Rates are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If you cancel 3 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel 24 hours before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may be subject to banking or processing fees.
4. Check-in / Check-out
Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times provided at booking unless otherwise arranged. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to respect the property and adhere to house rules. Any damage caused during a stay may result in additional charges.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Zero6 Guesthouse or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of the content on our Site. Zero6 Guesthouse is not liable for any indirect losses arising from use of this Site or our services.
